This page explains WhimLand redemption delivery rules and tracking notes. Details may vary by item, region, and carrier; the final information shown during redemption and on the order page prevails.
Shipping methods
Available shipping methods depend on the delivery address. Most destinations offer express door-to-door delivery, and some regions may show additional shipping methods during redemption.
Express shipping: fees & delivery time
Express shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the destination region, the active shipping template for that region, the selected items, and, where applicable, the product category or total package weight.
Note: Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Australian addresses use dedicated shipping rules. Please see the corresponding sections below.
- The exact shipping fee shown on the redemption confirmation page applies.
- Estimated express delivery is usually 6–10 business days (door-to-door).
- For Australian addresses, estimated express delivery is usually 5–10 business days.
Mainland China Address Shipping Rules
Mainland China addresses have a flat per-item shipping fee:
- Per item: 0.5 USDOL
- The exact shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed on the redemption confirmation page based on the number of items selected.
Hong Kong / Macau Address Shipping Rules
Hong Kong and Macau addresses have a flat per-item shipping fee:
- Per item: 1 USDOL
- The exact shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed on the redemption confirmation page based on the number of items selected.
Australian Address Shipping Rules
Australian addresses have two shipping options available at the redemption confirmation page:
- Express (5–10 business days): No base shipping fee. Shipping fee is charged per item based on product category. Special categories (kitchen appliances, home appliances) have special rules based on listing price.
- Standard (15–20 business days): No base shipping fee. Special categories (kitchen appliances: 8 USDOL when listing price ≥ 20 USDOL; home appliances: 3 USDOL when listing price ≥ 15 USDOL). Other categories: 0.5 USDOL per item.
- The exact shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed on the redemption confirmation page based on your selected items and shipping method.
Processing time
- After redemption, processing/handling may take about 1–3 days
Tracking notes
The last-mile leg may be handed to a local carrier, so tracking information may not update for the entire journey.
If tracking is delayed or temporarily missing, please refresh and check again later.
Delivery address & signature requirements
- PO Box addresses are not supported.
- Bulky, high-value, perishable, or age-restricted items may require a physical address or signature on delivery.
Not delivered / Marked delivered but not received
If your package has not arrived, or tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact support within 60 days after redemption.
